I am Arielle Creps, a seasoned nonprofit fundraiser and arts administrator based in West Michigan.
For the last two years, I have been pursuing a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership, Global Cultures, and Social Enterprise at Michigan State University. In this time I have provided freelance fundraising advising and administration including overarching fundraising strategies, initial 501(c)3 filing, CRM database administration, and grant writing services.
As I finish my academic program, I am excited by the opportunity to return to a full-time fundraising role where I can make a long term impact.

Combining a liberal arts and social science approach, my academic career has focused on understanding the impact that arts and culture can have in shaping and revitalizing communities.
Through the further pursuit of a Master’s degree in Global Nonprofit Leadership, I have further explored ways in which ethical and thoughtful leadership practices in the nonprofit sector can positively impact fundraising objectives while valuing human capital retention.

For over ten years, my career in the nonprofit sector has focused on helping organizations build sustainable avenues of support through traditional fundraising, volunteer recruitment and retention, and intentional community building.
I am inspired and professionally fulfilled by cultivating authentic relationships with supporters, resulting in a shared, long-lasting investment in the organizational mission.
